I was reading Hello! Online and they are reporting that Fujimoto Miki will be in a play called HAKANA about a woman made from a Baby's soul and a bunch of corpses, who is a master at making men happy but can't have an intimate relationship or her body will disintegrate or melt away or something. So yeah. That's good xD Miki's actually attempting a comeback, unlike Marippe D:
Now for what more I'm going to talk about.
I'm starting to be a BIGGER fan of Berryz than I was earlier. I downloaded almost all their singles, except for Waracchao yo Boyfriend and their first one. And I've listened to almost nothing but Happiness ~Kofuku Kangei!~ and VERY BEAUTY for the last few days. I'm a fan, I guess. =w=
Also, SOME BOYS! TOUCH is amazing. xD I love that song xD I only heard it last night and I've listened to it at least 20 times already =D
OH. and Some Boys! Blog announced that the last single from v-u-den will be a remake of the song Nanni mo Iwazu ni I LOVE YOU from morning Musume's 4th album. A cover, but at least it's a good song from what I've heard =w=
KAY THAT'S IT.
It's been quite a while xD
I really need to post though, so here it is =w=
Berryz new PV was released on saturday I think, and it's great!
Here's my indepth review:
Dance: Boring. Momoko was center again, which is always liked, but it was a rather bland dance, especially compared to some of their recent ones (VERY BEAUTY and Tsukiatteru no ni Kataomoi had great dances, in my opinion). It wasn't quite as bad as LALALA was, but still kinda bad. Maybe it'll be the year of bad dances or something, although the first half of 2007 was pretty bad (Egao YES Nude and Kanashimi Twilight D: )
Other: Oh man. So awesome. The outfits and PV actually matched the song, which Tsukiatteru couldn't. The members all looked like they were having fun and everyone was so pretty! Chinami looks cute with her hair down -w- and Sugaya was really pretty. Momoko doesn't look as much like a 10 year old as usual in this PV and overall it was cute. I'm looking forward for the single to come out =w=.
It's that time of the. . . day or whatever, for me to make a new blog post. And this one is action packed!
First, I'd like to complain about my sickness for the last three days or so. I'm still sick, so yeah D: Anyway, what happened was I stayed home sick 2 days last week of an upset stomach. Nothing bad happened, but I still stayed home and was back in school on Friday. Then, on Monday when I went to school at about 10 (we had a 2 hour delay) I felt sick, but my mom didn't let me stay home. I went to school and took a test (ugh) and then during 4th period I couldn't handle anything. xD I went to the nurse (at my strictest teacher's recommendation) and when my mom took me into her car I threw up out the window D: Then I went home and was sick some more, then laid around on the couch for 2 days and today I can move again.
Anyway, yeah. So today was an exciting day when I logged on and checked Some Boys! and Totally H!P and even Hello! Online (which I don't like anymore D< ) I checked it out and saw the top story: MIKI FUJIMOTO HAS A RELEASE AHEAD! I'm exited xD I don't remember what it's called >.> but it's not a j-poppy song like her regular songs, and it's more of a children's type song. It's part of a competition thing with this guy who's been on Uta Doki a few times. They're both releasing their own version of the song and then I guess the winner gets something or something >.>;;
And now onto the Wonderful Hearts Poll. I found it on Totally H!P and did it, but forgot about it xD
My Berryz results weren't that on par as I forget their faces sometimes D: But here's my results~
Morning Musume:
1 Junjun is just too adorable xD I wish she'd gotten more lines in Mikan, but I'm sure that she'll be a big part of Morning Musume in the future!
2 Sayumin is the perfect idol, except for her singing. She's funny, weird, cute and a really good dancer xD
3 NiiNii~ She's grown on me because of Wendy, basically. Plus she's not as scary as she was when she was young.
4 Mittsi's grown on me recently. And she looks much better with short hair xD
5 Eririn is awesome xD Tsunku just doesn't use her enough D< She sounded better than Reina in the auditions for 6th gen., if you ask me
6 Aichan is awesome xD She's just not as cool as everyone else D:
7 Reina gets on my nerves sometimes, but I like her more than LinLin and Koharu
8 LinLin is just there for me xD She's got the weirdest voice too D:
9 Koharu is so annoying D< She's growing on me, but she's Tsunku's favourite for no good reason D<
Berryz Koubou:
1 Momochi~ She's epic xD She's got a strange voice, but she's still good at singing. xD
2 Kumai Yurina: >.>;; I dunno xD
3 Risako: She's pretty cool xD Plus she's got lead vocals in VERY BEAUTY and that song is epic xD
4 Tokunaga Chinami: She's hilarious xD and she's weird looking, but in an endearing way
5 Natsuyaki Miyabi: She's got a LOOOOONG face, but she can sing xD *bases decisions on looks too*
6 Saki Shimizu: She's just weird xD
7 Sudou Maasa: She just gets on my nerves when I look at her xD
C-ute:
1 KANNANAAAA! She's just epic xD She never gets solo lines, but she's adorable~
2 Okai: ^same situation as above
3 MaiMai is kewl But she kinda seems like 'D<' cause she became famous so young, so it pushes her down a notch.
4 Erika has an annoying voice xD But she's really pretty~~
5 Saki's ugly D: That's why she's down there >.>;;
6 Maimi's got an annoying voice but she STILL gets lyrics D:
7 Suzuki always gets 90% of all lines. Sometimes she requires 92%. And occasionally, THE ENTIRE SONG.
Recently my blog posts have been mostly about H!P kids and their groups, I've noticed, or even just H!P as a whole (Sure, I'm still in single digit blog posts, but hey. Gimme a break D:) So this one is being given to Morning Musume, H!P's flagship.
Their 36th single was announced in mid January, I think, and was untitled, then pushed back to April from its release date in late March, now, about a month later, it's been named. It's called Resonant Blue. I've got the feeling that it'll be a ballad, and that lyrics will be distributed fairly (I'm thinking that NiiNii might have more than one rushed line. And Junjun too!) And I feel like it'll sell better.
I really can't wait for the radio rip, at least. Then the PV. Then the download, of course. But, I feel like it's going to be good. Like, epic. Not necessarily a LOVE Machine or anything to start the golden age, but maybe enough to get them out of a slump.
It's Feb 10 over in Japan right now. So Haromoni@ will start in about an hour (it's 10:00a.m. over there). And this episode is going to be epic for fans everywhere. Because AmerikaJinMusume, a dancer on Youtube who specializes in H!P songs, will be appearing as a part of the Moutube series that they have going on right now. They filmed her specifically for Haromoni@. So that's pretty epic xD I'm really looking forward to seeing that episode, even raw! With subs would be even better~
So that's all I have to say.
And, it was 10 in Japan when I started writing this, but I had to leave for dinner, and then i finished it now D: So don't yell at me xD
The PV of C-ute's new song has been released, and here's what I think of the PV and the song.
To be honest, I liked the song ever since it was performed at Kohaku. It was a nice change for H!P and makes an instant theme song for the H!P Kids show that's starting soon. It definitely fits C-ute more than it fit Morning Musume, as there was a rumor shortly after Kohaku that LALALA Shiawase no Uta would be MoMusu's 36th single, but to be honest, they need another song like LOVE Machine. Something that the lyrics are just random. But this isn't me complaining about MoMusu, it's me reviewing C-ute's new song.
The PV was okay, the dancing was boring and C-ute looked too cramped on the little spot they had to dance on. The song is great! I love it. I'm especially glad that Saki and Mai were given solo lines and that Airi's lines were evened out a bit with Maimi (I'd have loved for some Kanna or Chisato lines, though). The close-up and candid shots were cute, showing C-ute for what they really are, which is preteen girls. They don't need any breakup songs, they don't need any "Love me love me love me" stuff (I'm looking at you, Massara Blue Jeans and Tokaikko Junjou). They need to be cute, like their name, and have fun and do the girly stuff they like to do.
Here are my complaints, though. The dance was absolutely BORING. Sure, they have 'less experience' than Berryz and Morning Musume, whose dances have started getting more and more difficult, but please, can you give them a dance that at least looks like it'll give a work out. To be honest, it looked like cheerleaders were practicing for a cheer clinic or something for grade schoolers.
The Dresses were kinda weird. They looked like a mix between flapper and modern styles, with weird fur and stuff flying off everywhere. Airi and Kanna were cute, and Maimi and Erika didn't look too mature, which was nice, as the song is happy, not sexy or anything. Also, the set was too small! It was like the train that they filmed Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari on (Poor Risa D:) and I really wish they had given them at least enough room to do the entire dance comfortably. The only other thing I can think of is that at the end during the la's, they looked bored. Like they'd been doing the part where they only said la for a few hours. They tried to look entertained, but they didn't try hard enough xD
Maybe this is an omen for H!P. The first big name single released and I love it, and a lot of other people do too. Last year was just a bad year. Let's just stay optimistic!
Oh and here's a present for you: The PV for LALALA 幸せの歌
I'm really happy for some reason.
These past few days have been really good xD I'm just happy. But there's no reason. I'm pretty happy, though. I've been listening to more music lately, and Buono!'s quickly becoming one of my favourite groups. It's officially passed up W. And it's creeping up on C-ute. But it's fine! Cause it's got one of my two favourite H!PKids in it~.
Cause my favourite H!P kids go in this order:
1 (tie): Tsugunaga Momoko, Arihara Kanna (<-- she's not really a kid, but that doesn't matter. She's so cute~!)
2: Sugaya Risako
3: Okai Chisato
4: Tokunaga Chinami
5: Sudou Maasa
6: Natsuyaki Miyabi
7: Umeda Erika
8: Hagiwara Mai
9: Shimizu Saki
10: Yajima Maimi
11: Nakajima Saki
12: Kumai Yurina
13: Suzuki Airi
To be honest, I don't hate any of them xD I just like some better than others. Sorry, Airi. But you are a linehog, afterall. BUT IT'S OKAY!
Anyway. I'm really happy xD
Maybe something good will happen.
Also, did I mention I might be going to Japan? I was talking to someone and they mentioned an exchange program so I asked mai mom and she was like "kay" so now I'm doing stuff to look into an exchange to Japan for my junior year of high school. Maybe I'll get to go to an H!P concert or something!
Plus I'll get singles when they come out and not have to wait for them to be shipped to the states. Wish me good luck on going!
Remember when Morning Musume was fresh and new in 2003 and releasing singles like "As For One Day" and "Morning Musume no Hyokkori Hyoutan Jima." Wait. Hyokkori Hyoutan Jima wasn't their real song? It was a cover...? Hmm... what single was that again...? 17? Oh.... Well never mind then. That's not important at all.
What I'm really excited about is Berryz new single, Dschingis Khan. Wait. That one's not their's either...? Interesting... that's number 16 isn't it...? I feel a pattern coming along. One single apart for covers... interesting.
Is Tsunku following a pattern? It seems that two of the favourite H!P groups who have consistently charted in the top ten are releasing covers around their 16-17th single... Will C-ute follow in Berryz and Morning Musume's footsteps...? Well. Let's hope xD It'll lead to success. If only they'd give more lines to people instead of person. Whatever, though. this isn't complaining about C-ute. It's my curiosity for Berryz new single. xD
What I'm saying though, is that... Maybe Tsunku's just following a pattern. I've seen people complain "Tsunku's running out of ideas" or whatever, but he's not. He's not writing any songs called Ai no Uta for H!P, right? That's all I need to hear, really. As long as their are young girls at his command, he will write songs that are original and catchy. Let's just hope he finds a new catch for H!P, or sales will die again.
Tanpopo needs to be returned to us. Morning Musume has the perfect members for the job. Just please... return the group as a whole to us. I think that Tanpopo is what balanced out the hyper cute that is Hello! Project. No one listens to Melon Kinenbi, so you can't trust them, v-u-den turned sexy which is a no-no in Hello! Project. But now the only groups we have left are Berryz and C-ute, along with Morning Musume and v-u-den. Ongaku Gatas is starting, so who knows where they'll head. Buono! is good, but they're an anime tie in, and Athena and Robokerottsu isn't to be trusted either. So we need the mature mindframe that was Tanpopo. Something to keep Tsunku sober and sane.
Tanpopo was the first subgroup from Morning Musume, and also the first to go on permanent hiatus (they went on permanent hiatus in 2002, as compared to 2003 and 2004 that Pucchimoni and Minimoni went on hiatus, respectively). Morning Musume's got the voices and the personalities. We just need to get Tsunku to stop thinking about H!P kids and let other people write for them, if only for a little bit. Just bring back Tanpopo and we'll be fine.
Here's who the lineup would be.
Niigaki Risa (leader)
JunJun
MIchishige Sayumi
Kamei Eri
3 good singers and one okay one to even out the lyrics. the 3 new additions would be perfect and Niigaki Risa was already in the 3rd generation of Tanpopo. JUST PLEASE.. READ THIS BLOG POST, TSUNKU D:
(this is because I was too excited for Buono... so I'm posting two in one day D< )

For my first post on here, I'd like it to be congratulatory! CONGRATULATIONS, BUONO! YOU ARE THE FIRST HELLO! PROJECT AFFILIATED GROUP TO RELEASE OUTSIDE OF ASIA. YOU ARE AMAZING. AND YOUR MUSIC IS TOO.
The official announcement is somewhere in the nether realm in Up Front Agencies or Pony Canyon, so I'm not gonna bother. Instead, I'll quote a Wikipedia article.
"The single will be released in the United States on February 19, 2008 on the Interscope-Geffen-A&M label, CD and CD+DVD editions. The American single V version is set for release on March 11, 2008."
Good. Ima buy the Single V when it comes out. TO CELEBRATE. THE VIDEO FOR THE SONG IS ON THIS POST~~
Everyone buy the single and support Hello! Project in their current slump! Plus Momoko is just too darned cute~
